As stated in my post, which you quoted, Iā€™m already on 12.2.2.8012. However, even when I ā€œtryā€ 12.2.4.8032, disabling the Antivirus does not work without the Comodo Suite complaining about it, which is very annoying.

So please do something that allows for it being disabled and not complaining(notifying) about it. Ideally, I would like to disable the realtime scanner but still have an ā€œon-demandā€ scanner that only runs when I want something scanned and then shuts-down and exits when it completes the task Iā€™ve asked of it.

Some of us need these levels of fine-grained controls.

How about some reverse dns/whois info for network alert dialogs? Itā€™s easier to make a decison on a connection alert if I know something about the IP to which itā€™s connecting.

why does it take so long to get the new version of CIS ?

Will the new version of CIS be used as a guinea pig for XCS ?

indeed. DNS/Whois lookup for IPs, or at least allow us to COPY/PASTE the IP from the Warning Popup.
(right now it canā€™t even be selected/copied with the mouse for some reason)
