Why not making a database of every hardware’s firmware code (including all versions updates) and design an offline scan to scan and repair all PC components firmware?
That would be a real “deep scan” instead of scanning bytes on a hard drive…

(1) I cant chose which version of CIS I want to download (CIS complete) on the CIS sale website and neither from my COMODO account. (See pictures links below).

Deep Freeze from Faronics have a nice concept. Qubes OS seems to use the same concept, but adds an extra layer of protection between the hardware and the OS.
Would it be possible to design an anti-hack platform that would operate between the hardware and the OS levels?

Fighting existing threats is a never-ending pre-lost battle; its not fighting the right target. PC security devs, or device manufacturer’s?, must aim at innovative solution to stop the possibility of hacking.
Maybe COMODO should release its own set of hardware devices.
