Hello, as I told you that I would be monitoring this unreliable certificate.
I put it to remove how can I remove it normally.
It only appears again when I restart my machine and do the scan, then it appears again, I don’t know why this happens. 
See this article: How to completely delete a certificate though I don’ know what effect it will have on your current CIS/CF Installation so do a Restore Point beforehand.
Are you still using version 12.3.3.8140 having revoked certificate?

In this case, look in your OS for the application that uses the revoked certificate.
There is no reason why this PC was recently formatted and Windows 10 was installed. Then I installed CIS.
This image below, and when I turn off the computer and turn it on again, it’s ok.
But if I restart the computer and do a reputation scan, it always finds that certificate.
I find it very strange. I don’t know why.
I can’t replicate at my end. Had you upgraded from the old version? Actually, it might be detecting the old installer. I suggest trying to remove it.

Comodo FLS is Comodo(@FlorinG) and other AV guys
But yeah there is no Comodo Valkyrie Provider which they told it will be
If there was Comodo Valkyrie Provider in the File Rating then things would be much easy but there is only FLS(Comodo AV Guys rating files as either bad or safe)
But the developers use photos from the VICTIM’s profile. If he is from one team but responds as another team, how is that possible?
This explains why the CIS database is not being fed as it is for Valkyrie.
That’s why I do tests here and the CIS is never found in the database.

The revoked certificate is missing. It cannot exist in this configuration. You are not telling something.
It doesn’t show that it’s revoked.
What it shows is that it’s an unknown certificate, and this information only appears when I restart the computer and do a reputation check.
There are many AV Guys that rate files not only @FlorinG and they use FLS to rate files as malware or safe but there is no Valkyrie Provider…
