Thank you for reporting.
We have tested and found that the virtual desktop & browsers runs fine in container.
Could you please install the Comodo dragon latest version and check the virtual desktop ?
And make sure you reset the container before running the virtual desktop.

@Umut The direct upgrade through the internal program updater is still not live as of 17/12/2024. Any idea when this will become available for users ?

The version I have is 12.3.3.8152, and the update check shows that it’s up to date.
Direct upgrade still not ready. CIS 12.3.3.8152 reports no updates.
Sooo nobody is unable to help me? Why CIS built-in diagnostics tells me that everything is fine but firewall module is totally broken and unable to see any network traffic? (Killswitch works fine…)

I am really desperate… I used CIS (antivirus + firewall) for many years, I love firewall GUI and my frustration is really exceeding my limits… After I noticed that firewall stopped working out of nowhere (unable to monitor network traffic) I already reinstalled it many times with and without cleaning tool, cleaned registry and files manually, removed leftovers windows driverstore, reinstalled windows with option of preserving apps & files and nothing helped… firewall can’t see network traffic but is able to block entire traffic with “emergency shut down all traffic” option and killswitch is showing network traffic used by processes totally flawlessly… (and no reinstall windows from scratch is no solution for me… to bring it to the current state back again it would take me couple weeks…)

Try using the Resplendence registry management tool to clean up the latest leftovers using search.
Otherwise, don’t be surprised if it doesn’t work.
We’d have to be North Pole penguins not to notice that Comodo deliberately delivers unfinished products…
It can’t be any other way.
Let’s look at the title of each update and see what’s wrong with it: the very reason for the update!
Is this designed to nip Comodo in the bud, or am I mistaken? There are things that we, as users, don’t understand. Maybe it’s a battle between shareholders?
Already did that too… careful enough not to delete any registry entries that I did not understand… Deleted all comodo stuff related to main comodo registry branch and all comodo drivers related entries… skipped all OS MRU type entries for obvious reasons…
Personally, I’ve tried everything too:
Reinstalling a new OS.
Changing PCs
Switch from AMD to Intel
Switch from AMD to Nvidia
Switch from a real OS to a virtual OS.
Nothing works properly!
In fact, since they forgot to fix the bugs before improving the product, we inevitably have n improved product, but with more bugs…
Comodo customers and users are there to help fine-tune Xcitium products, that’s all.
OK, for the Premium version, I don’t mind that this is the price to pay for the free version, i.e. an unfinished product, but what about the paid versions which have the same problems.
I’ll be back in 2025 to see if things improve…

My CIS 12.3.3.8152 reports no updates as well.
The new version is still full of bugs.
I am still using version 12.3.3.8140 of CIS. Checking for updates to new version is set to daily. Up to now, no update has been done to the latest version.
Will the version of 12.3.3.8140 be automatically updated to the latest version? Is it possible to give a time indication when this will happen? Thank you.
Just upgraded using the installer, no issue.
It is a huge jump though in the version from 12.3.3 to 12.3.4
