This version just killed my software. I don’t install/uninstall any updates or smth. But MS Office 2010 stopped to work and re-installation doesn’t help. Plus it killed Agnitum OSS license

Hello,
Please provide us more information. What version of CPM do you have installed on what operating system and what were the actions that you took before the issue occurred ( did you uninstalled an application using CPM ? or did you installed some applications?)

There’s no actual connection with Comodo servers

[attachment deleted by admin]

I’m using CPM 1.2.xxxxx, Win 7 x64 Enterprise ENG + RU MUI, OSS 7.1 (3415.520.1247).

I just installed CPM, no actual actions were performed by it. These problem happens after first reboot after install of CPM. CPM also killed my LAN connections

I’ve recovered my system with ATIH, so I don’t have CPM installed right now

Hi,
What other software do you have installed? I doubt the issue is due to CPM installation.
There are no operations in the installation phase that could harm the computer that way.
Do you have any software installed with active scanning or active cleaning functions enabled?

Ccleaner and CSC, but I didn’t run them

Active Clean function from CSC is turned on?
Any security software installed besides these two?

no and no

Hello,
You can enable “Check for Beta Availability” option From Settings Tab or you can download the new version from here

Yesterday I uninstalled Revo Uninstaller.
I chose the full uninstall and I noticed that there were some Firefox entries
and only one Revo entry.
Unfortunately, there is so little room in the window that the snapshot I’m
including is rather limited.

  • Your Operating System (and whether it’s 32bit/64bit);
    win7-64
  • Security Software Installed;
    CIS 5.3 - Sandboxie 3.5 - SecuniaPSI
    On demand - HitmanPRO-Malwarebytes-Superantispyware-CCE
  • How you produced the problem;
    I uninstalled REVOuninstaller and I chose the full uninstall
  • How you tried to resolve the problem;
    I unticked anything that mentioned Firefox
  • Screen-shots with the error (if any);
    see below
  • Post Memory Dumps on crash if you encounter any;
  • All log files of CPM, if you had logs enabled;
  • Any other Additional Information
    I was using Version 1.2 but I was one beta behind.
    Today I updated to the most recent BETA.

Hello,
Can you please tell me if the application is monitored or Database monitored and also if the standard uninstall was launched before the tree with the firefox paths was shown?
With which version of CPM did you monitored the application (in case it was monitored on you computer)?
Thank you for your support

If I remember correctly, the application was monitored, because CPM gave me the option
to do a “full uninstall”
I’m sorry, this happened 3 days ago.

Yes, the standard uninstall (from Revo) ran first, and then the ‘tree’ appeared.

It was one version behind the most recent Beta.
I’m now running the most recent Beta.

Thanks

When I run CPM, it tells me there’s a new version available.
I click on download, wait, then it asks me to restart the program, the program closes and a box appears telling me “the program is already installed”

Hello,
What version of CPM are you using? Do you have ‘Check for beta availability’ option checked from the Settings Tab?
Thank you.

1.0 build 30
‘Check for Beta availability’ is NOT checked.

Please check and see how it goes
Thank you.
