As quoted above, seems the product will remain Free. Still, currently users cannot Download Free Comodo Antivirus or Free Comodo Firewall from main website anymore. Just Free Internet Security (unchecking AV or FW component upon installation) in a page that is hard for Average Joe to find and access.
Some of the pages have a “Free Download” option at their bottom, while most of them don’t have this option.
Let’s hope they will fix that soon. Meanwhile I am curious to see the Forum Announcement of the next CIS release, will they still offer Free Download Links here at the Forums? We can only hope. Things are a bit hazy lately.
The image posted don’t make sense since the benefits/prices of CIS Pro and CIS Premium are exactly the same (both include everything except Acronis Backup and Trust Connect). Probably a mistake?
I’d like to see some comments from a Comodo staff at this point.

Maybe during this “work in progress phase” of the site, they’ve found revenue has gone up and thus are in no hurry to “clean” things up. Hey, it might be a good thing for product development. 
The next CIS 12 release topic will tell us for sure if the product will remain free. Because the website is such a mess right now, we can’t be 100% sure if it will remain free or not.
People are getting misleaded into buying CIS Pro… They are replacing even AV for Linux Links with Links pointing to CIS Pro acquisition page… This 4,99 per year ■■■■ is flooding every page of Comodo’s main website and becoming worse than a Spam campaign or a Virus… :-TD

If the CIS becomes paid, make 30-90 days free (trial period). So that a new user can study the product.
Consumer websites (comodo.com, antivirus.comodo.com, personalfirewall.comodo.com) need organising in my opinion as its turning into a muddled mess.

something is really wrong… even the page for comodo cloud has no informations about the free software, only the paid one… Cloud Antivirus | Comodo Free Proactive Protection Software
Right guys, was waiting on someone to make an official announcement/clarification here, but I haven’t seen one.
Therefore, I bring the news that it has been confirmed to me via Geek Buddy support that Comodo is seemingly no longer proving CIS for free. Furthermore the only version available is apparently the CIS Pro version (Firewall and/or Antivirus).
Also it has been confirmed to me that users using the free version, aka almost everyone I assume, will seemingly be able to continue to use it for free. How long though, was not stated.
I’m sure everyone here would prefer that this is confirmed through an official source however as it may be possible that the person who I was speaking to didn’t have the full information.
So I don’t take this as 100% at this moment in time.
*Disclaimer: That is my comprehension of a conversation that I had with a Geek Buddy chat assistant, and I might have not comprehended it correctly.

Several competitors (Kaspersky, SecureAPlus) which before made paid SWs only, now are making free SWs as well. Comodo is doing the other way around.
The home market share of Comodo was already quite low, now it will become nearly zero.

Well lets all hope it stays free.If not then Comodo better pick up the pace on getting security vulnerabilities and compatibility fixes out.Win 10 1909 is just around the corner and we’re still sitting here waiting for some bugs from 1903 to be fixed.Just putting this out there since pretty much every paid security suite that had issues with 1903 had hotfixes released with in 24 to 48 hours after 1903 was released and people are going to expect this from Comodo if CIS goes paid.

I do agree. I don’t mind paying actually, but I would like to see more resources being put into the dev teams basket if that would help.
