i have adult blocked in content filtering and when i go to porn sites its just a white page so i guess it blocking but it would be better if it said something like blocked by comodo because of policy or something.
BTW What happened to malware/spyware/adds blocking?
is there a way to remove a network from the site?
Hello all,
Content filtering should be up and running now, as well as additional sites have been brought on to make sure that the demo doesn’t loose service again.
Please confirm that your DNS resolver settings are set to 8.26.56.26 and 8.20.247.20 please reference the link below:
great thanks!
now we can test ![]()
pls go ahead and give us your feedback pls ![]()
pls don’t forget…this new system is Comodo SecureDNS v2.0…it will replace the old one…its not just content filtering.
thanks
i will test later after i get home from school and report back. just one question tho is there any eta on site inspectors integration into secre dns
[quote]beta on site inspectors integration into secre dns[quote]
SIalready is “integrated”, not in real time, but SI feeds DNS’ black list. [temporary inactive now].
It seems that now DNS don’t block here at all (few houres ago it was OK,I also test them on proxy.com,now nothing is blocked).
Has your IP address changed? Currently the system has no way to account for dynamic IP’s.
My IP is static, the same ![]()
Where has “Ignore the warning and continue to the site” button disappeared?
How do you imagine child who want to go to ■■■■■ site/any other blocked and just click this button? 88)
It’s parental control ![]()
i think he was refering to when the dns blocks a blacklisted domain not the content filter
1.how about a category peer to peer(p2p)
2.also dont know if its possible with dns but how about if like a page is blocked have an option to overide with the password so you can access and have an option for a time period to access it.
i get this when trying to watch youtube videos even languys video reviews?
dns content settings are:adult,proxy,hacking,sexed

It makes sense because Youtube is a portal for all of the above.
We can’t expect Comodo or anyone to watch and rate every Youtube video.
I think you could add Youtube to your Exceptions, but then, well, you know.
2.also dont know if its possible with dns but how about if like a page is blocked have an option to overide with the password so you can access and have an option for a time period to access it.This could work well though. In the given situation.

It’s nice to see Comodo’s involvement with the Faster Internet initiative is this live yet?
how do i add youtube to exclusions?when i go to the exclusions tab it says mistrust?im not understanding it.
My apologies.
I see what you mean.
There appear to be no Exclusions (very poor word choice), only settings to increase mistrust.
Hopefully they can implement an idea like yours above.

I’m hoping this is part of the new infrastructure of the SecureDNS service.
