the solution is simple. only run modules as needed. draws little cpu power that way.
Crossposting this from my other post in the main section with my main idea, as the others have all been mentioned here before.
Now I realise this may not be possible, as not every device has been rooted (maybe something like unrevoked/z4root?) but what I would like to see (after anti-theft ;)) is a hassle-free way to root (temp-root?) for less savvy users, so they can use the security suite and its features fully without compromising their own security/risking phone problems.
Now I also realise that integrating an exploit into a security suite sounds weird, but it sounds like a good idea to me

I think it would be nice if you add an option to update the virus database automatically.
It does so now, but only if I manually open the application. The updates could also be an option for scheduled tasks so it can update before scheduled virus scanning 
Also I would like an option for ignoring some apps marked as dangerous. I.O.W. the app marked one of my applications as dangerous, and alerts me every day (because of the scheduled task) of it’s existence. However, I don’t feel like deleting the app, as it seems safe for me and it’s an awesome app!

It’s the gameboy color emulator. It appears to me as if Comodo marks it because of the Nintendo Rom which is probably included in the app.
What do you mean by ‘auto CMS update’?
Apps can be updated automatic via the Play Store.
The question I have is when will CMS support and work with ICS?
I have several friends who just ignore Google play update notification…
so check the option to auto update from Google Play. Does this not update in the background?
I personally prefer to manually check and update.
Option in CMS’ settings “Automatically update software” would not hurt.
Wouldn’t that add bloat when the ability to perform this task is already available to all who want it? Or are you referring to updating with newer betas ?

It appears the current release includes the option to auto update database and software. Located in settings.
I cant see that. Evrything looks like in the older version to me.
I meant auto-updating the virus database. They do get updated with the play store, but updates for the database occur more frequent then software updates for cms itself.

There is a lot of great features in CMS, but I’m waiting for a website where I can log in in order to locate my phone if it’s lost or stolen.
The ‘Data Backup’ and ‘Apps Backup’ functions are great but…
It would be much better if there was an option to back up to a cloud storage service, whether to Comodo Cloud, Dropbox or another such service.
Also possibly to back up to a pc when connected via usb may be useful to some.
save app settings and data when backed up. this would be great for games that have lvls. this way you don’t have to start from the beginning on games when you restore backed up games to a new phone or reconfigure settings for apps and save the app version. some users don’t like newer versions of apps for various reasons
I know this requires root, but an option to prevent un install of CMS would be nice, as would an option to hide this app.
