Now if @FlorinG commits to putting what we are passing on to him, I will make a point of helping to feed the base of some malware.
It’s worth noting that as far as I know, CIS and Xcitium share the same signature database and cloud analysis just Xcitium has more direct analysis like Valkyrie and other remote management / endpoint tools as Enterprise and Consumer environments are two different things. Your still just as protected particularly with Proactive Configuration.
Yes im still protected by FLS(@FlorinG)
Hello, I just ran a test with 1,165 pieces of malware.
81 pieces of malware were removed by CIS.
1,084 remained on my computer without being detected by CIS.
The question is, where are these shipments?
Hello, I just did another test and so far I have these results.
Test with 489 Malwares.
CIS detected only 8 Malwares.
481 items remained on the infected machine.
The question is, where are these shipments?
i dont know why but CIS does not scan non exe files CIS only scans exe files and a guy yesterday did a test with detection on 1000 samples and CIS detected 774/1000 which is very good
And also on your tests you have duplicated files so you should delete the duplicate file
There are no duplicate files.
Even if there were, the CIS should remove the malware.
Since the database is being fed.
There are if you look closely
If you look at the top the 2 files are the same icon
and in my test it detected 1140/1165 which is 98%
Same icon, yes the same, but different malware, even the SHA-1 is different.
Did a test with the latest pack of malware bazzar daily there was 370 items and Xcitium/Comodo deleted 359 so it means the detection is 97.3%
11 items left
@FlorinG Everyday you are impressing me and other users Good Job Man Xcitium should pay you Millions of dollars for the hard work!!!
@Melih you should pay your Staff Member @FlorinG for doing a really hard work and for improving the detection and signatures
@FlorinG Since Vx Underground is dead you have 2 sources left Malware Bazzar daily samples and VirusSign
Password for the archive is infected
I have a bunch of malware from the last 7 days, and Comodo still can’t detect it.
I understand that it’s not being fed into the database.
I’m warning you because I’m checking every day to see if Cis is going to remove it.
i did share here SHA1s and @FlorinG Blacklisted the SHA1 i gived him

Our intention is very good, but you and I have already sent a large list, and so far they have not even been included in the database, only the search of the list that we both sent has not been verified.
CIS still continues to detect nothing from the list.
And when it does detect, it is only a few.
I think the team is too small to make the CIS database grow faster.
