Restore a 1.75 TB file after a major RAID disaster

I am trying to restore a 1.75 TB file after a major RAID disaster.
It gets to 39% then stops.
It states Code 14 Read error.
The info that I really need has not been restored at this point.
Is there any way to fix this or to do a selective restore?

Thanks

What Windows version do you have? Is it 32bit/64bit?

Thanks

Hello!

Windows 7 64 Bit and Comodo is installed in “Program Files” not "Program Files (x86)

Hi

Please replace the vdbus.sys file in \Windows\System32\Drivers with the one in the attachment.
Restart the computer. Then right click on the backup file and choose “CBU Mount”.
This will mount the backup as virtual disk and all drives will be visible in Windows Explorer.
The attached file will only work on Windows 7 x64.

Thanks

I replaced the vdbus.sys file and it still cannot open the file to mount it

What happens when you try to mount the backup file?
Does it return an error?
You can also try to mount from Manage TAB → Mounted drives

Thanks

Comodo opens up then replies “Cannot open file”

Can you please tell me how |I can try to open it with Manage TAB?

Thanks

Go to manage → Mounted drives → click “Mount existing backup”, then choose the backup file.
After the backup is added to list, click “Mount”.
If this still doesn’t work please create a dump file as instructed here:
