Just joined the forum after having major issues with mails not coming through from ASG to our onsite MS Exchange. Am I missing something or is there a possibility to have a feature to do a SMTP test from ASG end to the onsite servers. Was just flying in the dark as couldn’t tell if it was our onsite server or something at ASG end which was causing mail flow issues.
We had the same issue. Some important emails were receiving with 15+ hrs delay. ASG is using the SpamExperts to do the spam filtering and I think sometimes they do manual moderation as well. So we gave up ASG an moved to ProofPoint Essentials which is affordable and very reliable.
