Hi mw74,
Your saying nothing shows up? or nothing get’s scanned?
Can you go to C:\Program Files\COMODO\COMODO Internet Security and double-click on cavscan.exe
No select the folder your trying to scan and see if that works?

i would recommend running this tool after the built in uninstaller. run it after you reboot for the initial uninstall

just for future reference its under the more tab → manage configurations then select the one that says acitve and click export and name it whatever you want. the after the fresh install go to the same window and click import and import the .cfgx file you just exported

I had disabled all other real time protection (webroot MBAM) when this happened ???
i think this is a windows installer error not a cis error
This issue has been discussed before Here. I have never encountered this error personally so i dont know how to fix it. Maybe someone else knows
after you uninstalled cis did you reboot?
