Looks like they’re updating it or resolving an issue with that page. Current versions are. 38726 & 71300. Check back later to see if the website is working again.

That database version shown in about has last for days. The website still shows nothing. You may check that database version later to look whether it changes or not.

The database in CIS at the moment of writing is 38728 indicating it is getting updated. @Redstraw which database is CIS showing with you?
This appears to be both serious and easily fixable - with an “if” in the right place. I don’t see why this would not receive a patch ASAP.
