Yes of course I have comodo firewall driver present as component. Checked it many times trying to find out what is causing the failure.
I never was filtering IPv6 (never needed to, my provider gives me only IPv4 to my WAN and IPv6 is used locally only in my case)
Which application? Consider seeing here a gif meme with Gary Oldman from movie Léon screaming “everyone”
Inbound and outbound shows absolutely nothing… sometimes pops “system” for a moment… when firewall worked i had always 3 digit number on outgoing… and plenty of processes visible there…
Hello, since this problem occurred in earlier updates, Windows 11 22H2/23H2, perhaps the problem is somewhere else, but maybe there are some errors on the side of Comodo Internet Security Premium 2025, because when it comes to the CIS 2025 package itself, my Windows 11 Home x64 bit works without any problems, the current update is 23H2.
It was version 12.2…8026 downloaded and installed via GUI. I was experimenting with just using the Firewall and it detected the temporary installation file though KillSwitch did still fully install. I’ve since moved back to full CIS but I’ll locate a screenshot of the event in a minute and add it to this post.
Details below. I clicked allow at the time and KillSwitch installed but it did detect the cks_ccex64.7z as an android PUA which is odd. That gets removed automatically when KillSwitch finishes installing.
It only detects the .7z compressed file and not KillSwitch itself.
Anyway KillSwitch copyright only until 2020 and could do with updating.
Emsisoft always detects KillSwitch as a PUP by the way.
