After six or seven unsuccessful requests to suscriptions support, now they don’t answer me at all.
Thank you for showing your personal interest in my problem, because they don’t.
They’ve never even asked me any questions, either technical or administrative (about my Comodo or Bluesnap account, for example).
Alas, I’d like to help a lot more, but if I count the forum, this is not far from my tenth exchange on the subject.
I must now use my computer to attend to essential tasks. So I’m going to upgrade to the free Premium version, while paying the Pro version for nothing.
