Website Database 60523 in the UK, although still gives update error
Also from the NL. When I updated it downloads the website database but then it throws an error leaving the website database at 60453.
Could you for the sake of testing use the regular server only and the beta server if you want to test? It may help to establish if the UK is on the American or European branch of the CDN.
db 33454 here and cis hasn’t updated db past 20 hrs.
still using previous version.
it’s somewhat regular problem to me that cis has hrs (near day) old db and manual update gives some error and hr or 2 later.
I have comp on 24/7 outside updates tuesday.

Could you check what website filter database you have installed on CIS?
Booted to the secondary Windows 10 installation. With the regular set there was no AV update but like with the main Win 10 installation there is an update for the website filter database which failed.
When I booted to the beta server the av updated to 33454. The beta server also provided update for the website filter database but failed. My website filter database is 60521.

Sorry for the inconvenience. There are some fluctuations in AV signature DB update due to server migration. Team is working on getting this fixed. We’ll keep you updated.
The problem with downloading of installers has been fixed. If you still have problem in downloading installers, then please let us know.

Always an issue with the URL DB.
The fonction “See the logs” doesn’t work.

General note: The power of auto-containment will sandbox any unknown files and with Cloud Lookup enabled, It’ll check the cloud servers against the latest signatures to identify it so we’re still protected because of Default Deny, it’s just this server sync issue the devs are trying to resolve.
~50 mins ago cis updated itself to 60525 but when trying to do manual update it gives website error.

Win7 SP1 x64, CIS 12.2.2.8012 Proactive Security configuration.
Got security message periodically (look at screenshot) but all CIS modules well works. It looks like incorrect communication between CIS and OS. Is enough to run AV database update and these alerts are disappearing.

The problem with the AV update is fixed. The download links and the entire CIS update should work without any problem except that sometimes there is a glitch in Website DB update. We are checking this website DB update error, a restart can fix it as well.
Please confirm that CIS updates to the latest AV DB version v33458 at your location.

UK - Signature updated to 33458. Websites database install error still exists before and after full restart.
