I know what was causing the issue for me now, Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit, stopping the protection and the restarting dragon fixed it.

Fixed in new update, but now Virtual Kiosk is not loading (Win8/64).LOL…
EDIT: Resetting the Sandbox fixed the problem. It now works fine. ):
It loads on my Win 8 Pro 32 bit system.
