ftp backup

I have made a incremental backup to a ftp server and it will fail with error code 53 durring the backup process. I have made the same backup to a external hd and it worked. I then ftp the backup to the ftp server and it worked ok. It just fails when comodo backup does the ftp. The backup ftp server is using filezilla. Any ideas on why this is failing. I am using the latest comodo backup.

I just tryed it agian an now it is failing with “the backup process failed with code 112031”

It means “The connection with the server has been reset.”
Error 53 means connection error.
Can you please post a screenshot or the log for these errors?

There seems to be an issue with the connection, but the logs are not very detailed.
Can you please create a debug file: https://forums.comodo.com/news-announcements-feedback-cb/how-to-collect-debug-information-t63958.0.html ?

The issue seems to be caused by CBU which doesn’t support automatic reconnection when connection is dropped or reset.
We will fix the problem in a future release.

do you thing it will be fixed in the next release and when will the next release will be coming out? This is a great product.

Yes it will. A BETA will be out soon, probably by the end of this month.
