Fixed:
Defect where Comodo Internet Security failed to start on systems where Internet Explorer is not present.
Defect where an abnormal termination occurred in Comodo Virtual Desktop on systems running Windows 10 RS5.

From System Event Log:
Event 7023, Service Control Manager
CmdAgentProt terminated because (i’m translating now) “The paramaters-qualifiers of the “class” (?) have been set that the “class” (?) is executed as a security different that the “caller” (?)”
With the “?” is some doubt that my translation is correct.
Also some
“C:\WINDOWS\System32\rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\shell32.dll,SHCreateLocalServerRunDll {995C996E-D918-4a8c-A302-45719A6F4EA7} -Embedding” can’t start errors.

From Application Event log
Some Event 17, Security Center failed to vadidate/verify the “caller” (?) ERROR DC040780
This last error (DC040780) is was also present with Comodo 10 AFTER the latest Windows 10 updates of October. So it is not for 11 only.
Located in this folder 'C:\ProgramData\Comodo\Cis\signatures' now.
After updating I’ll test out Opera on Facebook while sandboxed and see if I can watch videos and gifs in it.

When can we expect the fix for cmdagent.exe starting to use a single CPU core when the router crashes?

I did not think that they would hide it so …
I decided to try the new version 11 … So far everything is working well.

Windows 10 Pro x64 version 1809 17763.55
in event log there are this two errors
Error HTTP read from download.comodo.com/cis/download/installs/stl/whitelist.json.7z , httpCode: 404 Error Code: 0x80070002 (Impossibile trovare il file specificato.)download.comodo.com/cis/download/installs/stl/authroot.stl.7z , httpCode: 404 Error Code: 0x80070002 (Impossibile trovare il file specificato.)
Consequently (I think) windows security center complaint abouts firewall not being active
this two errors were present also in 11.0.0.6710 but I didnt report anything hoping for a resolution in next CIS update

Will there be an auto update from V10 soon (hopefully before RS5 release) or should I update manually now to be on the safe side?

I’m unable to update. It always stops downloading at 39% and throws error.
Hi Zee64,
Go to Temp folder in Windows by going to Windows Run (Windows Key + R key in keyboard) and type in ‘%temp%’ (without quotes) and press Enter key and find log file with naming convention as ‘cmdinstaller.exe_X_X.log.7z’ file.
Please compress those files in a zip and share us.
