When I see 25% cpu usage by cmdagent.exe, I start antivirus database update manually. After finishing cpu usage is back to normal. No need to reboot.
CIS Premium 10.2.0.6526 version
Windows 7 x64

I tried on Win 7 SP1 x64 but it didn’t help. I tested on 6704 RC (not this version).

I saw that the cmdagent.exe loaded the CPU >60%. The problem was solved by the DHCP rule for svchost.exe:
enable UDP out
source IP: any
source port: 68
destination IP: any
destination port: 67

I looked at the logs and found incoming traffic from 0.0.0.0. at port 68 to 255.255.255.255 Port 67. I made a Global Rule and a rule for svchost.exe accordingly. Please notice that the direction is different.

Now it doesn’t show in the logs anymore but unfortunately it doesn’t stop cmdagent.exe from starting to use a full processor core again. I tested with 6704 RC.
