i am facing repeated unrecognized file alerts though lookup by cloud. see the screen shot. till now I added 3000 files from syswow64 & sys32 folders from 3 days by cloud lookup. previous version added these files by rating scan. now I need to manually lookup. u can see the date was previous.
cis: 11.0

I overlooked that I could uncheck firewall at setup. But I am surprised that antivirus starts the scan, although I set everything to disabled. Now I have uninstalled Antivirus and everything is fine!

Since I installed this new version release CIS will not start after Installation/reboot; the repair modus says it found no error(s).
I tried alot; total deninstalltion/upgrade/, CCleaner´s regi-cleaning … try to install CIS in safemode.
I have no more clue what else then a windos 10 new installation I could do?!?
Can you check for memory dumps in C:\ProgramData\Comodo\CisDumps folder? Does the tray or main GUI show up when you manually run CIS by double-clicking on the desktop shortcut for CIS? If it does can you run a diagnostic report and also save a msinfo32 report and provide a download link to the files.
I will do that after I rebooted my system 10-15 min I wil reply again.

Dumps folder is/remain empty. No tray or GUi shows up after double clicking /(or right-click run in adminmod) on the desk-shortcut.

Don’t worry you are not alone. I also have this, reported already to Comodo. Not sure if we have the same “cause” for it.
Comodo has been EXTREMELY helpful to me, they got all the info they needed from my pc via TeamViewer, investigated the errors and told me a solution will be available at some point later this month.

Comodo worked even with 2 other firewalls(Zonealarm and windows 10 firewall)
Attachment (screenshot) shows my running sceurity programs… had no probs between eachother till the new CIS update
uninstaller zone alarm and others applications (malwarebytes antiexploit…)
reinstall comodo and active comodo proactive security. You protected!
Insanity! ZA alongside CIS is a suicide. Both are not just firewall, but also behavior blockers. Both install drivers which will surely conflict at some point.
Again: you can’t have two firewalls and especially ZoneAlarm active with Comodo.
ZoneAlarm by itself is already unstable.
hm did I mention that my secuirty system(s) (which I have now for some few years) worked fine till I did the CIS update?..
Sry but if all run without problems before I did this CIS update, the logic says the problem must lie within the new CIS version…
But I wll try certian things… deinstall the other programs like u guys said install CIS check out if it will run after reboot… and then BU after BU reninstall the other programs check if all work again like they did before I made the CIS update.

I’ve just upgraded manually from 10.2.0.6526 using the test server IP address. All seems well but I did NOT get two update requests, only the one and one restart.
Is that to be expected or not? Windows 10 Home (1803) with all updates.
No need for the test server IP. This version update is now released along with the latest Recognizer. One reboot is all that is required
All the above is irrelevant. You can’t run Comodo and Zonealarm, together. Simple as that.
And there is NO reason to do that. It may work, or you may THINK it works.
Well I checked for a regular update and there was none, which is why I tried the test server. In any case the second update has just arrived (about 30 mins later) so all is as expected.
