egemen tolds us in the end of february, now is march, i think u must still wait a few days, cause the translators got new templates for the translation yesterday.
Well A new language template might Indicate a GUI change. Maybe…I am not a programmer but logically thinking says, why would the language template change if it’s just an update…Something pretty big would have to change. In that case it will be a few days for sure…
i am using avast free and comodo firewall but when i try to use virtual kisok that time virtual kiosk does not start and when i try to use firefox under the sand box that time it takes much time to open up the main page of the browser. need help
great antivirus
I have spent years using Comodo firewall, now CIS. The product was installed in April 2012 with successive updates. Now I had to reinstall on another PC and to my disgust has changed the home screen of the firewall, and can not be viewed quickly as is the network activity, the Spanish translation is quite poor, just export the settings of Comodo firewall Security and to my dismay not the configurations of emule, utorrent, etc.
I see that improvements have been cast, and I appreciate the quality of the product and its improvements, but basically a firewall is to control the PC with internet activity, and changes can not be viewed in real-time activity in a comfortable, so I’m thinking regretfully happen to another firewall.
I’m sorry but it’s my first impression.

Disable the avast behavior shield in avast and then try the firefox kiosk.
if not then disable both the behavior shield, and the auto sandboxing in avast and then try the kiosk.
I have win8 x64, Avast 8 free, and Comodo Firewall 2708.
I have zero issues with kiosk and firefox.
But i don’t have the Avast behavior shield component installed and have disabled the Avast Auto Sandboxing.
Because these components conflict with Avast’s Behavior and auto sandbox. which creates weird behavior.
you can only run one or another.
The Head of the Development of CIS has stated there will be GUI changes and addition of a summary screen like 5.12 has. I don’t know whether this is going to be release in the next update which should be basically a few days away according to what he said. But he did not say if the gui/summary changes would occur in this release due out in a few days. it will happen further in the future for sure if not with this build…
i already disabled avast behavior shield and auto sand box option but if i use comodo firewall and avast free 8 version then my pc shut down slowly.every browsers works very slowly like comodo dragon, Firefox. i think together comodo fire wall and avast free 8 version don’t work on my pc. so i just need to use only one product. when i use only avast that time my pc runs fast and when i use cis 6 that time my pc also runs fast but together with avast free and comodo firewall my pc reacts abnormally. need help
Well i have had nice results running Avast 8 & CIS 6 firewall.
I am running Fast PC’s though. Amd 3.3ghz/x4 with win 8 x64 and an Intel Core 2 Quad running at 2.5ghz.
What type of PC are you running…

I use avast 8 free and comodo fireall v5 , my computer not slow, very fast, try comodo v5 .
Why not making Comodo Firewall automatically disable and re-enable Windows Firewall?
It almost always does. The only people I have seen saying that it didn’t were running Windows 8. On my 3 machines (Win7, Vista, and XP) the Windows firewall was automatically turned off.
I’ve highlighted what I feel is the important bit. Yes, it does almost always turn off the Windows firewall, but there are certain configurations in which it will not. And this is not limited to machines running Windows 8.
I’ve personally installed CIS on machines running Win XP and Win 7 and the firewall has not been turned off, while a nearly identical machine did have the Windows firewall turned off.
This is the fun part about software development. It’s impossible to write software that will be 100% compatible with every system configuration that the software is expected to run on. The fact that things are running fine on your system is completely irrelevant to the issues someone else may be having.
Is there any harm if I run CIS (Comodo Firewall) with also Windows firewall enabled?
It’s definitely not a good idea to run two software firewalls. If you want to run the firewall in CIS, you should disabled the Windows firewall.
Just to add to this, do not disable the firewall by stopping the service from running.
Disabling the firewall service can cause other problems, such as on Windows 8 it will prevent you from being able to install or update any software from Windows app store.
I have the windows firewall service on automatic and it is stopped. Is this the right way…? ;D
well… I dont see the point in running TWO security aplications at the same time…
in fact, WHY THA HELL USE AVAST WHEN COMODO ANTIVIRUS AND DEFENCE+ ARE BETTER THEN AVAST/AVG/AVIRAFREE/ETC???
this is not an opinion… its a fact… just try the both and you will see what do more for your security…
Which facts are those.?
I use the full comodo suite and i would like to know when comodo av is going to get some test results behind it.
