Issue Description: Random High CPU usage out of all 4 cores, often 75%-100%

Memory Dumps: No crash
Can this be resolved? It seems to come and go and usually last for more than half an hour to an hour. Quite irritating.

Can you pin-point this to a specific process that’s causing this? by using Task Manager or better Process Explorer from Sysinternals?

Oops… in my haste I have forgotten to include the culprit. The process is cfp.exe
I just experienced cfp.exe take 100% of the CPU again.
I checked the fan and it seems to be constant whether the CPU is at 100%. It stays at about 1720 RPM. I’m not sure if that is high or not, but my CPU stats are at the bottom of this post.
I installed CIS v4 it makes my system crawling…almost 99% use of CPU!

it’s happening again. And as always the CPU usage is 75% onwards and I’m unable to open the CIS program onto my desktop, as always when this occur. So right now I cannot tell you what the database version.
However, my last update was my Sunday scheduled scan.
I’m not sure what it was then, but it was up to date. Right now I’m at 4121, but I’m not experiencing the problem right now. It only happens every once in a while when I restart my computer.
My database version is 4123…
The same that happened to me… rolled back to 3.14.x

When I open a new installed game and starts in full screen Defense+ send an alert but I cant accept it since alt+tab or ctrl+alt+supr do not work so the only way is restart the computer using the power off button.
It happens with any game.
That still happens in v4? I’ve lost faith in this company.
Yes, still happens with V4
Add them to trusted zones. No problem with games.
I know how to fix it, also you can launch the game in training mode, anyway the BUG is still there
