Yes, I understand!
No if not recognized, may be starting in virtualization?
Then there may be a problem.
You know you!
I’ve PMed you with the log. Please let me know if you have received it, thank you. If not, I’ll have to post it here.
Hi, I just started my computer this morning and noticed that CIS was once again using 100% of the CPU. I tried to open CIS both through the start menu and through the taskbar but to no avail. I was trying to check my database number. After logging off and logging back on everything was fine and I was able to check the database number. It was 4127 and I was able to update it to 4133. I say this in case the problem is related to database updates.
Also, I have sent you a PM with the HijackThis log. Please let me know if you have gotten this.
CFW 4.0.133118.719 (updated from 4.0.132838.716, CAV uninstalled)
Windows XP SP3, 32 bit
Cannot add trusted vendor by reading the digital signature from a signed msi file: The file does not seem to be a valid signed executable. I have tested several files, including the two latest CIS 4 installers and WOT installer. Windows says the digital signatures are OK.
Update not working:
Windows 7 ultimate patched to latest
Running in Virtualbox
CIS 4.0.132838.719
No other security product.
Ran the updater, was informed that updates were available, started the update process, got to 3% of installing update then process crashed with error: cfp.exe: error 0x80072ee2.
Repeated the process, same error, rebooted and repeated the process, same error.

If this post is open that means that any bug have been fixed in the final version since the RC was release.?
The only difference is the new feature of the sanbox?
No problems here with antivirus database or program update from RC to final release.

Firewall bugs. 4.0.664 & 4.0.679 & 4.0.716 & 4.0.742 (held errors)
Stuffs: Vista Home Premium SP2 32 bit, admin account, UAC disabled,
V4 Firewall version with Proactive, Safe, Safe.
1.) Network shared computers.
If the Windows Vista come back from Stand By, the Comodo Firewall will totally confused!
The Firewall disabled but it works, find non-existent network, etc.
The CIS Firewall shutdown (right click on sys tray, exit) and restart does not help, only to Windows restart.
2.) Main screen. End of the sentence missing the dot.
3.) “Firewall Behavior Settings” > Safe Mode. Mark the check-box “Create rules for…”, “OK”,
right click on Comodo icon at Win sys tray, disabled the Firewall Security Level, next set back
to Safe Mode. Go again to “Firewall Behavior Settings”, and the check-box will empty!

Still can’t update the software or the database. Same error, check your internet connection, which is working fine, exactly the same as version 3. Not encouraging result considering the length of time the update process has plagued CIS. :-TD
Cheers
