That’s why I never bother uploading files to comodo/xcitium anymore, if I have malware to report, I report it to the thread here on this forum instead, posting it over a medium like this forces them to deal with it faster
That’s why I think the Valkyrie’s speed is slow for those who use the CIS, but for those who use the XCitum, it’s certainly quicker to respond.
Hi Frustrated_User1,
We have tested and could able to upload files in file list without any issue.
However we will take your concern to the team notice and update you.
Thanks

How does the shellcode injection detecting work?
I have an app that couldn’t launch. Got no error messages, events or alerts from anywhere. I pinpointed it to COMODO Firewall’s “Miscellaneous” feature. Added the app as detection exclusion and all was good.
Is it possible to program CIS to display a notification when its shellcode whacker is triggered? There isn’t even a log entry.
Hi Emerald,
Thank you for reporting…
Kindly refer the below link.

What are system requirements for CIS 2025? Can’t find nothing about it.
I’ll ask here. Does it make sense to use “Secure Shopping” or does it not make sense, since they are not supported.
It does not start on Windows 8.1.
Windows 8.1 is not supported?
Friend, I believe it is no longer supported, as the message states.
Hi Someone_R,
Thank you for reporting.
We will check with the team and update you.
Thanks

Employees, why are you ignoring my question?
Perhaps they are foreigners and they need the help of a translator, who happens to be on vacation?
Be happy with what you got this far. CIS Premium is free. And they would like to invest their resources on earning a living from their paid products.
Yeah, latest CIS requires at least Windows 10 now. The platform error message should specify what version of Windows is required exactly.
Unless the devs want to support older Windows platforms by providing old version installation too, they should fix the “Compatible with 10 / 8 / 7 / Vista / XP” into “Windows 11 / 10 at least version xxx required” on all of their pages.
Hey guys, today I did a reputation check scan, like what I looked like.
It’s appearing like I’m not confident! —> Muito left isso.
Or what is more about the image below information and or SECTIGO and CONVENIENT, how can it be detected or just certified of the same thing as not to be trusted?
Does anyone know the reason / solution / what I have to do to solve this problem?
Does anyone on the team have information on the above topic?
It’s a 7 year old bug, was reported on old forum.
If this really is a bug, like on other computers I use. I have to use CIS and this BUG is not appearing?
If you do a test on your computer I’m sure it won’t appear. There must be some other problem.
Thank you for your help.
Hi megaherz33,

We will check with the team regarding the CSS.
Thanks

Hi,
Is there a full list of fixes from 12.2.2.8012< to CIS 2025 somewhere?
The main fixes I would be interested in
- Problems with Hyper-V vswitch/TAP (affecting WSL 2.0)
- Problems with IMDISK Virtual Disk/RAMDRIVE when using NTFS (Workaround EFAT)
- Problems with HIPS “hang” computer on certain popups. (Workaround Block All, Check Logs, can no longer rely on HIPS popups to configure apps)
- When editing rules it will attempt to verify every single file/reference which causes for example WSL to fire up when there are rules set to \\wsl$ path, which is unfortunate. CIS would be a lot quicker if it didn’t do this every time on the rule page. (and if you have WSL problems at that point, during saving, you’ll risk entire profile being corrupted, as happened yesterday to me.)
Are there any differences in terms of features/advanced options from CIS 12.2.2 to this 2025 version, in terms of Firewall or HIPS features being “less” customizable or removed altogether unless using subscription version?
