I set the engine to default. I browse & search results are displayed by Yahoo.
I check the settings & Yahoo is back to default & engine set to default is not there i.e deleted.

There was no 3rd party addons.

I have uninstalled it. Was just trying it.

Search engine is crazy mine to. Now its my setting after 5 mins to set default again, and again

and set back manualy some engine, google etc, and working again

I am using the new beta. Can we get “Reload” button into new IceDragon?
I am using this button often. In this australis UI, I have no chance to get back the reload button on its original place
I mean this

Can you please add moveable button feature for reload button and maybe the other buttons?

and In the old IceDragon I can use small icons in the UI? This feature will be in the stable releases?
I want my custumizable IceDragon browser again.

I know there is a reload button there. My wish is “Please make it moveable”. I the button as the shown above.

There is no options like this in my IceDragon.

About the only way I know is to use an extension like the one in the link below.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/classicthemerestorer/

A few other ways to reload,

• Right click any tab and select Reload.
• Right click an empty section of a page and select Reload.
• Press F5 on the keyboard.
• Press Ctrl+R on the keyboard

So the small buttons only come with this extension. Never knew that. I use CyberFox for my regular browsing and it gives you the choice of what layout during setup.

Since I had this extension already installed in CID I didn’t even notice that small buttons wouldn’t have been possible w/o it. Not very encouraging. :o

I agree with you both, the removal of some GUI customization options in Firefox based browsers is a step backwards IMO.
The native extensive GUI options is what originally attracted a lot of users to Firefox based browsers.

hello. my name is qu and im new to the forum.

im trying comodo icedragon 37.0.0.2 beta on windows 7 and it works quite fine… except im facing the same search engine issues some people already mentioned here. in my case i choose duckduckgo but icedragon overrides my selection and select yahoo back. if i disable yahoo, itll select google instead next time i run icedragon.

are icedragon developers aware of this situation?

Hi, I Have installed the beta of Ice Dragoon, and I would like to put it in my language, Spanish, but I do not obtain it, installed the Spanish language pack (firefox) and using about:config (general.useragent.local). Is it possible to put it in my language, Spanish of Spain, or still not? Thank you very much.

So when is the regular release rolling out? I loathe yahoo and google and don’t want to install the update until the search engine issue is sorted out but I’m getting tired of dealing with the issues the old version is causing.

Go for it. I got tired of waiting and downloaded the beta 37. Wow! great product. Works like a charm. I just deleted all search engines but the one I wanted to avoid any issues and it has worked perfectly for me for pushing two weeks now. I expected to find SOMETHING wrong as it is beta, but not a single problem.
