Please use the browser and give us your feedback.

Thanks,
The Comodo Browser Team

the link is wrong for the version of 64-bit, corresponds to version 73.0.3683.75, please fix it. thanks.

No need to make the size that big, also the link does provide v74, try clearing your browser cache.

The url now provides v74. May be the release topic was a bit too early of the CDN was still synchronizing at the moment of opening the topic.

Got it by auto-update, thanks ! Option to disable sponsored links appreciated. However,
I can’t stress with enough force how much we want to be able to increase/customize the number of icons (links) on that same ‘newtab’ page ! Also, the fake search-bar on same newtab is taking real estate for no reason whatsover : please allow it to be removed, at the same time increase the size of individual icons/links on the ‘newtab’ tab.

Thanks again for listening to us humble users (sometimes)…

Thats weird,

Assuming your not using a business computer (If its business operated , then ask for IT for help). If your a home user and not playing around with the Local Group Policy Editor , Follow this link below, I never seen this issue before so I cant guarantee it will work for you

The Link from the OP is still pointing to version 73.0.3683.75.

The Link from the Comodo Website at:
https://download.comodo.com/browser/release/dragon/x64/dragonsetup.exe
is still pointing to version 73.0.3683.75.

When I try to update from the browser itself, it tells me a new version is available, version 73.0.3683.75. Thus attempting an update in this manner initiates an endless loop of download…restart browser…download…restart browser.

But it’s all good.
I very much prefer IceDragon.

Hi, professor-penguin!

Thank you for your feedback!

We have investigated the issue and the link provides Dragon v74. Please clear the browser cache and let us know if the issue still persists.

Thanks,
The Comodo Browser Team

After updated to new version can’t conect to internet with Comodo Dragon. And, besides, It’s still version 73.0.3683.75. Didn’t updated at all.

I am from the Netherlands and downloaded both the installers and got the correct versions.

The problem seems to the with the CDN branch of the Americas.

Shane, there is also a problem with downloads from CIS in North America reported in release topic. The problems might be related; Metheni has responded to this.

I have the browser set to clear all history when I close it.
The issue still persists.

This I very much agree with. It would appear as though all of the servers have not been updated.

(:NRD)

I got word from Comodo that they are aware of the problem and it is being looked into.

Thank you, EricJH.

The Professor.

Any news ?

Updated to this version on 8th June. No problems and all working well (in the UK)

The problem with the download of CIS should be fixed and may be this also got fixed:

Could you try downloading Dragon again and report back?

I just tried downloading from:

https://download.comodo.com/browser/release/dragon/x64/dragonsetup.exe

It downloaded version 73.0.3683.75

Next, I navigated to comodo.com, scrolled to the bottom of the home page, and clicked on firedragon to download. The link:

Clicking on the link gave me version 73.0.3683.75 (64 bit), which I already have.
It came with the free firewall, version 12.0.0.6818.

When I open Dragon browser, it shows me version 73.0.3683.75 is available.
That is the version I am running.

The browser cache was cleaned before I attempted this.
I suppose that I should mention that the download attempts from the above links were done from IceDragon, version 64.0.4.15 (64bit)

I am running Windows 10, Version 1903, Build 18362.175

My IP, ironically, is 73.xxx.xxx.xxx.
Should you need the exact IP, please contact me directly.

Respectfully.
TP

Hi professor-penguin,
