My XP 32 bit and Win 7 64 bit systems seemed to get ■■■■■■■ up when Comodo Cloud appeared.
Comodo Online Storage was uninstalled with no warning. I installed Comodo Cloud v2.1.5 but it failed to work on either system.
XP - 32 bit: Seemed OK (drop zone & drive connected to storage) until I re-booted and then message appears with " Comodo Online Storage Service is not started".
Win 7 - 64 bit: Istalled but didn’t work. After re-boot I get message " Comodo Online Storage Service is not started".
N.B. On both systems “Comodo Online Storage Service” is on automatic and has started.
You can disable diagnostics in registry (using regedit) here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComodoGroup\Common\Settings . Set the “perform diagnostics” value key to “0”.
Please collect the debug logs so we can determine the cause of the issue and fix it in next release.
