After you change the name of a Custom profile the change isn’t displayed.
It keeps showing the old name until you refresh the GUI or re-edit the name again.
Windows 7, 32bit
CIS
Create a Custom Backup profile and try to rename it, after the change the GUI isn’t refreshed and it still shows the old name.
I just want to inform that if you use a password with at least 20 characters long, you won´t be able to sign in trough CB to the on line storage.
I am able to use 20 characters to sign in on the site, www.ccloud.com.
But when using CB, i simply get the message “wrong password or username”. Which is not wrong because i use Keepass (V. 2.15) to sign in and it works in the respective site.
Because of that i then modified my password using only 8 characters and finally i was able to sign in trough CB.
I hope this is addressed because is very important for a cloud storage to give the option to use very strong passwords.

does Diagnose says the application is installed correctly? trying repair now, will change post later if it is fixed
Please create a dump file when crash occurs. (Task Manager → Processes → CBU.exe → right click → Choose “Create Dump file”). This will help us determine the exact cause of crash.
Then compress and upload it to an online storage account and then post share link so we can download it.
Unfortunately, the dump file doesn’t seem to have any information regarding the cause of the crash.
Are you sure it was taken after the CBU.exe process crashed?
Another way to track the cause of the crash would be to export the registry keys (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ComodoGroup and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ComodoGroup), then delete the keys and try again to see if the process crashes.
If it doesn’t crash anymore then this is the cause, if so please email me the exported keys so I can see which caused the crash and why.
two problems, I have incremental simple copy setup and it mirrors, if the source files are gone it deletes them from the back up, it should not mirror unless I tell it to.
Also I am having some weird errors when backing up but I can’t seem to find the log files to post here, where are they kept??
EDIT: I found the problem, I have to turn logs on, I think they should automatically be turned on, even if I create a custom backup.

Any other Additional Information; Program locks up hard when trying to create a custom profile. Windows reports program has stopped and have to close it to stop it. This happens EVERY time with the latest version. I also have Norton 360 V.5 installed at this time as this is NOT my COMODO machine that does not have CIS installed.
When crash occurs please create a dump file (Task Manager → Processes → cbu.exe → right click → choose “Create dump file”).
Compress the dump file, then upload it to Online Storage, share it (from website) and post the download link so we can analyze it.

Backup type: Incremental / Automatic base / files & directories / CBU file.
Backup to network drive, backup location entered in the format \10.10.10.3\someDir
At 94%, after 8+ hours, the error occurred.
The folder to backup contains 21.000 files in 484 folders.
Nothing else running at that time on this pc, so the backup had ± 3gb Ram available!
I did run a disk backup (of another disk) succesfully before to (another) network drive.
I uninstalled Norton Ghost 9.0 before (which served me well for years), alas…
Please go to windows menu → run → type %TEMP%\ComodoLogsFolder → hit enter → compress this folder (zip) → post it here for analysis so we can determine the cause of the issue.
