Back-Up Error Code 97

Hi,

I’ve just performed a clean install of Windows 7 32 bit on my ACER Laptop (250GB) NO additional software installed only Win 7 Updates and ACER Driver updates and Defragged the drive.

I then installed Version 3.0.171317.130 and set to run a complete Back-Up of the Disk, Partitions and MBR, to an external USB drive (320GB) as a .cbu, normal compression, but at 87% it failed with an error code 97 :cry:

Any help/advice appreciated :slight_smile:

In the meantime you can try to backup one partition at a time.
