AV Database server refuses slow connection

Hi, I have a slow internet connection (200kB/s).
When I try to download Anti-Malware Database, it starts but aborts randomly after downloading 30MB or so.
I don’t know from when the server started to refuse slow connection, but it used to allow it.

I appreciate it very much if COMODO server also respects slow connection users.

Edit: I’d like to elaborate my situation.
I use JDownloder2 to download, and aborts after several 10MBs.
I can resume downloading, but aborts again after a while.

Does the download work when you’re not using JDownloader or does that not make a difference?
