A suggestion on making COMODO have 2 different interfaces

The new GUI removes useful features and adds extra steps to access things. I wonder if putting extra blocks in the way should be consider as an improvement? Personally, I see it as an hindrance.

Yes. That is!

+1… At least leave the summary page

And why the content of sandbox vanished? Or I missed it?

The Poll question is confusing
What does ME means? I voted “me” in the sense that “I” think it is good to have 2 GUI’s
But others could understand that ME means the “original poster”, in the sense that is only his personal opinion.
And NOT ME can mean “I don’t think so” or on the contrary “All of us and not only the Original Poster”

So the result could be misleading…

Me means you agree
Not me means you don’t agree, I am sorry if it’s confusing do you have any preferences on how to improve it?

Do you this is a good idea?

  1. Yes
  2. No

… but I think that once created the topic, the Board doesn’t allow you to change the “poll replies”

Anyway I am happy that (luckily) I guessed the right poll reply

Unfortunately I totally forgot and remembered just now that in the previous post

I did not mention about GeSWall – while it’s very average in the UI areas it provides an outstanding conception that kicks out all and every HIPS on the market.

I like Kingsoft AV gui. As for CIS gui I like its flipping plates and the task bar - nice and funtional :-TU.

IMHO the only change it really needs is to show more clearly different levels: e.g. the path Security Settings → Defense+ → HIPS → Sandbox is displayed a bit vague, all this different levels are not clearly distinguished. What makes you loose your way in the settings when you change them first dozen times.

honestly from my point of view spending time in UI changing is a waste of time (planning, develop, testing, UI bugs ecc…), considering that the current UI works great and it has no problem.
i prefer to see real improvements in developing some strategics areas for security.

introducing new UI with large and useless colored buttons in home just to say :
“hey, i’m here and i can do a cool, but not important, function.
If you want to do something really useful for your security you have to find it yourself, that’s not my goal.”
Impressive
