Zero Instructions!

I love the idea of UserTrust and am in the process of implementing it into my sites.

What’s strange though is there are no instructions at all, even searching the helpdesk for the word ‘usertrust’ returns no results!

  • How do disputes work? Are they visible to site visitors?
  • What happens with negative / spam comments?

How do disputes work?
Through the UserTrust Web-based Management Portal, you can manage feedback and disputes. This system allows you to correspond with customers, attempting to resolve negative experiences and making them positive ones, before you post reviews online.

Are they visible to site visitors?
No.

What happens with negative / spam comments?
Comodo recognizes that some customers may not always provide positive reviews on your website. That’s why we’ve created a special Management Process that allows you to review any customer feedback before it is posted to your website.
