I still get the redirection error, the error happens when you visit one of the 3 sites first and than visit another of the 2 remaining sites (it might happen also when visiting other Comodo sites, that I didn’t check).
The following steps reproduce the redirection error on my end, please try them too.
Visit https://personalfirewall.comodo.com/ (in same Tab as step 2 or in a new Tab doesn’t matter.)
Site opens with redirection error.
“Try again” button doesn’t work.
Clearing cache cannot be used because of Private Window mode.
When done close Private Window[/ol]
Please try also to swap the sites or change for site https://help.comodo.com/ in step 2 or 3 and repeat steps 1 to 4.
I get the redirection error always in step 3, see screenshot.
It is normal behavior that the url “https://download.comodo.com/” isn’t accessible directly in a browser.
The download links on the Comodo “For Home” page refer to this url e.g. to download cispro_installer.exe etc.
The message “403 Forbidden” is correct behavior when you try to access that url directly in a browser. During the short period of time when the url was down it said “Your connection is not secure” instead of “403 Forbidden” when trying to access the url directly in a browser.
So what you are seeing is correct, the url is working.
Do you still have trouble to reach https://forums.comodo.com/ ? as we found that there is no issue here.
If you still have issue in reaching the https://forums.comodo.com/, kindly provide us the screenshot of the error.
The error still happens sometimes unfortunately. While posting this I got the error again.
Pressing CTRL+F5 (FF browser fored page reload) shows random behavior, sometimes the forum loads secured sometimes it loads not secured and sometimes it doesn’t load and shows the error.
