We have checked and confirmed that the certificate for the webpage(antivirus.comodo.com) is valid, so there is no issue with the certificate.
Kindly make sure your computer clock is set to the right time and then browse the page(antivirus.comodo.com) & check.
Nothing has changed here. The issue still appears on two systems here for all 3 mentioned sites (it happens only on IPv4, the 3 sites do work on IPv6).
Who is injecting false certificates on IPv4 on those sites here … ???
On IPv6 I often get “The page isn’t redirecting properly” when visiting the 3 sites (it happens on all of them)
A forced page reload loads the page correctly.
Could you please check the link(https://antivirus.comodo.com/) in fire fox browser private window and let us know your feedback.
Share us the screenshot if your still have error “your connection is not secured” while opening the link(https://antivirus.comodo.com/) in ff private window.
We have checked and found these two links are working without any issue.
Kindly clear your cache and check the above two links are getting error("your connection is not secure") or not.
If it still have error kindly attach the screenshot.
As requested attached the other screenshots (also in Firefox private window).
Rebooting, clearing caches, rebooting once again and nothing seems to resolve this.
Using IPv6 when connecting to the internet I can connect to all 3 sites (sometimes having to use a forced page reload but it works) and on IPv4 I still can’t connect to those sites.
Please also note: There might be more Comodo sites which have the same problem as the 3 mentioned comodo sites that I’ve checked / tested.
I confirm that all 3 sites do “work” on IPv4 and IPv6, however on all 3 sites (on IPv4 and on IPv6) I get quite frequently a browser error “The page isn’t redirecting properly” with a “Try Again” button below the error. Pushing this “Try Again” button does not (re)load the site correctly and the browser “The page isn’t redirecting properly” error remains.
Pushing Ctrl+F5 (a forced page reload) however does work and loads all 3 sites correctly in case the “The page isn’t redirecting properly” error appears.
“The page isn’t redirecting properly” browser error should not happen on those 3 sites, please check.
We have checked and found that these three sites(https://antivirus.comodo.com/ & https://personalfirewall.comodo.com/ & https://help.comodo.com/ are opening consistently without any issue.
Could you please clear your browser caches and check again, kindly let us know your feedback.
And if you still gets error on these sites, kindly share us the error screenshot.
