Also, worth checking for other posts for duplication. Yes, the help files may seem outdated but they are still relevant to the current version. Just change the Theme to Lycia if you want the old UI look.

- Copy Format between dotted lines
- Create new topic and paste format into it
- Fill in format, replacing question marks with your answers
