You can install XP Pinball on Vista or Windows 7. Open zip folder and remove pinball folder and then open folder and you will see pinball application and other files. Click on pinball app and it will give you another folder. Cut and paste this folder in Microsoft games which is located here Computer/Local Disk C/Program Files. Then open folder and right click on pinball.exe and select create shortcut to desktop. If you want pinball game to appear in games with cards, chest etc. Copy shortcut and paste in games as in the photo below. It will also show in the games folder under start menu also.
