I’m currently in the process of chosing a new AV program for my laptops. I am willing to switch from avast to Comodo AV.
One of the laptops is running the pre RC1 edition of Windows Vista release yesterday. Has someone already tried to install Comodo Av on it? Does it work?

CAVS is not designed yet for Vista. I think someone did try before on the forums and had problems with it.
CAVS will support Vista when Vista becomes a mainstrem release.

I’m one of the users who tried it with Vista b2. I even posted in this thread, but the post has disappeared for some reason.
The only way to know for sure is to try it. You may want to image the disk before you do in case Vista gets hosed. It didn’t work for me, but that was with an old build of beta 2.
