"Windows operating system" - identifying random outgoing connections

Is there any way to identify what exactly tried to make a connection instead of just that “windows operating system notice”? Today in a span of an hour I got a few outgoing connection requests. I did a little “research” by googling these IPs and found out that most of them are random Russian IPs that are present on some blacklists. But two of these belong to Google. I’m a bit worried since I’ve been using Comodo on many machines during the last few years and I haven’t seen requests as strange as these.

I had to block these manually (popup appeared). I’m also concerned about the ports, these requests appeared while I wasn’t browsing any websites, so why do they point at ports 80, 443?

Thanks for any answers in advance.
