I am using CIS 4, when i use the firewall in custom policy mode and try to sync my emails with windows live mail desktop i get this error but when i change it to training mode everything works fine
what should i do ?

Unable to send or receive messages for the Live account.

What happens when you change the rule for Windows Live Mail to Trusted?

Try to install Win Live again! Maybe they have problems!
