Windows DEP not deactivated during install firewall

When I install the firewall, or virusscan (don’t exactly remember). The installer asks you if you wan’t to disable DEP (not really sure could also be windows file protection (:SHY)). But, that doesn’t work. DEP still seems to be activated, instead it even kills some programs (that is solved now). I suppose you wan’t to solve this, and that you might need more info. Place a post what you exactly need to solve this.

Hi alpha

It was the Firewall (CPF). On installation to an XP system, CPF asks if it should turn DEP ON, not off.
