Some people are getting BSOD with Win 8 and Win 8.1 after installing CIS along with Privdog. You might like to click on “Customize Installation” at the bottom left of the second installation screen and uncheck Privdog and see if the problem is still present.

I tried with firewall only and same problem occurred.

This should be “Full Memory dump’s” attach now.

Version of the CFW :
cfw_installer_5732_83
Firewall : 7.0.317799.4142

Other installed security software:
Malwarebytes (updated)
Microsoft Security Essentials (updated)
Have tried uninstall/disable with same result, if Comodo is running it always end with BSOD after 2-5min so it’s kind of hard to collect information while it’s running.
(Have used over 7 houres now, testing and looking for solutions)

Did you installed CFW using default settings or you changed them before initiate installation?
Language : English
Cloud Based Behavior Analysis : Off
Firewall: On
Geekbuddy: On/Off (tried both)
Dragon Web Browser: Off
Secure DNS server: Off
Comodo Homepage/Search engine: Off

Otherwise everything i default after install no custom rules etc.

I’m thinking of going back to Windows 7 64bit sines there is no reason for me to update to 8.1… other then having updated operating system and eye candy.
I have been running Win7 64bit now for years with +10 reinstalls and never have any problem with Comodo before.

… I’m trying a reinstall of Windows 8.1 64bit pro now and if the problem still occurs I will go back to Windows 7.

The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator.

Made a freah install of Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit with nothing else installed other the windows updates and drivers.

Disable UAC, Windows Firewall.

After Comodo install, update and reboot the BSOD returned.

Here are my complete memory dump files (i hope)

Followed the guide her to enable complete memory dump:
