windows 7 64bit cannot access file

I have tried to backup my user files to ftp via sync copy but every fil;e comes back with “cannot access file”

I have tried “run as…” but that doesn’t work

I have disbled AV & Firewall

I created a back of the user settings (only 9mb!!!)

the FTP client in the software doesn’t appear to be able to read the FTP site for restore /folders or files although windows CMD and IExplorer does.

Can you please post a screen-shot with the problem?
Please post the log of the backup too. You can enable logging to file in settings TAB.
