Please, for a clean install, which is the correct procedure and which version of CIS should I install, to be compatible with the Specter and Meltdown patch? Windows 7 - 64 bit. Thank you

I upgraded to CIS 10.1.0.6476 successfully! The key was created, but I did update Windows from January manually! Windows Update does not work! Thank you.
