Windows 10 constantly alerts me of expiring subscription!

Ok this is driving me crazy, to the point I’m considering switching AV provider…
Every month, 5 days before my subscription runs out on CIS, Windows 10 spams me with alerts every few minutes that the subscription is expiring, even though I have CIS on auto-renewal.
It’s come to a point now that I’m seriously thinking of not subscribing anymore, as this is a constant irritation every month for 5 days.

How do I turn this hell off?!?!?!

Based on the comment from the friend who opened this topic, it’s been over 4 years, and it’s still going on?
I don’t know why I use the free version.
