I am building a new computer with windows 7. I am putting the operating system on a small drive and using a second larger drive to install most of my programs and storage. Will CTM backup both drives or just the main drive the operating system is on.
Also, can I install CTM to my second larger drive (the one that does not have the operating system on?)

You should install CTM to the first HDD on your computer.
CTM could protect both of them.
