Will CAVL use fanotify?

There is an option in /opt/COMODO/etc/COMODO.xml:

    1 - fanotify

   <OnAccessDrvType>0x00000000 (0)</OnAccessDrvType>

Will CAVL use fanotify? Ubuntu 12.04 is coming, with fanotify enabled (my guess)…
