I can’t even read the German on this site in order to know what this is a reference to.
Hi
I think you need to provide more information.
Did you receive an email?
If so include the contents in this post.
Or are you seeing this from a website?
If yes, provide the steps to see this.
So basically, you need to provide more information for people to understand what you are asking.

Hi,
I ordered an EV certificate, and received an email stating “To resolve this issue and complete validation,You can update your details in any of the online directories such as, https://www.upik.de”
Yes, I already know the solution here is to log a ticket and try and talk this out. I’ve been doing that, and we’re slowly progressing this. However, I can’t for the life of me see why this website would be relevant to Australians and, ever involved in the discussion or asked about the first place. As far as I can see it’s a completely random website?
Hi
Thanks for the reply… And I can understand your confusion.
I will PM the CEO and ask him to pass this on to the Validation Manager.

Technion,
upik.de is a Dun & Bradstreet owned site. We use it because we have found that it is one of the quickest ways for customers in any country to find and update their information on Dun & Bradstreet Worldbase database. You can get to the English version here:
https://www.upik.de/en/start.html
If you would like to go directly to the main D&B site to update your information, you can use this link:
https://iupdate.dnb.com/iUpdate/mainlaunchpage.htm
That said, I think you will find that the upik.de link is cleaner, easier to navigate, and faster to get the job done.
