why comodo refuse to add a clean file to its whitelist????

hi,i have started a post in the forum(here it is:https://forums.comodo.com/defense-sandbox-help-cis/why-comodo-refuse-to-add-a-clean-file-to-its-whitelist-t100202.0.html),but still no reply,and they suggest me to pm u at last.i have submitted a file to comodo to let them add the file to the whitelist if the file is clean.however,later i recieved the reply from comodo that the file i submitted is not suitable for whitelisting.so i think the file must be a virus,therefore i scaned the file with cav,it’s undetectable at all.i am totally confused about wether the file is clean or not.if the file is clean,why comodo refuse to add it to its whitelist,and on the other side if the file is not clean,why cav still can’t detect it.somebody say,i can add this file to the whitelist of cis at my own computer all by myself.but i say,“if comodo doesn’t dare to add the file to its whitelist,how can i dare to add the file to my own whitelist?”.
