why comodo refuse to add a clean file to its whitelist????

well,as i have already uploaded the file to virustotal and show u the link,when would comodo give me a reply to tell me wether the file is clean or not?

The file seems clean but was not suitable for whitelisting, you can ask them (analysts) on why they found it to not be eligible for whitelisting…I don’t know the reason.

how can i know who is the analyst of the file,and how can i ask him/her directly?furthermore ,what should i do if he/she do not reply to me?

Try to find it in the topic then quote the analyst reply and ask “why wasn’t it suitable for whitelisting”.

well,the only thing wroung is that these is still not reply. i have done all the things u have suggested ,such as find my submission and quote the analyst’s reply,but till now there is still not reply from comodo.

I suggest you to pm the analyst that replied to your post with the VT link of submitted file and ask him why it was not suitable.
